Should I update my software i am curently on 10.4.6 i have heard of some problems with 10.4.7

Is there any problems and if i download this is it an EXTRA 100 or so mb on my hard drive or does it repalce the curent file and take up what it left? I know stupid question but... I don know.

It replaces the older versions of whatever libraries were updated. It can still be somewhat different in size though of course. If 100 MB is a concern for you, you need a bigger hard drive. There should always be 20% free on your boot volume.

Why? It's not like it costs money to update to 10.4.7.
