Hello all!, I was searching but could not find the appication to customize the dock... which one can do this?

To make the Dock clear?

Try Clear Dock

...i mean you can use transparentdock: TransparentDock 2.3.8 - MacUpdate

I like TransparentDock. You can download it on MacUpdate.com. I use it to get full control over the appearance of the Dock. For me, I like to have no background or border colors, so it appears that the Dock icons are sitting on the Desktop.

TransparentDock will do exactly what is being done in the picture you provided.
