I selected two folders simultaneously on my desktop (Folder A and Folder B) and right clicked and clicked on "Create Archive of 2 items".

I was hoping that the archive created would unzip DIRECTLY back to the two selected folders. Instead it created a folder called Archive and INSIDE that folder are my two folders (A and B).

Is there a way around this? I need to create and archive that doesn't have this folder to sub-folder heirarchy.

Anyone else have this problem?

It's not a problem, that's the intended purpose and the way it should work. Why not move the contents of the "Archive" folder to where you want them?

I believe The Unarchiver 1.1 - MacUpdate has this option
