Anyone know if the Forthcoming "time MAchine' backup app on Leopard will back up everything on the hard drive? Will it also back up copies of files etc on a separately installed operating system?

My guess is that since OS X can not write to NTFS volumes Time Machine couldn't retore anything on a Windows partition.

Along with the other good reasons why it won't work with XP, there is also the fact that Time Machines is tightly integrated with OS X, not Windows.

From the demo Steve gave it seems to be deleted* just like now but Time Machine has already made a copy on your backup location (external hard disk, for example). That location is where the restored copy comes from.
