I had to install a certificate for accessing the WLAN at school. That didn't go very well so I deleted the keychain. I didn't just delete that one, but every single one on the machine. I searched for topics on keychains and found a few posts on how to get them back, but I must've done something that didn't make that possible.
I had to install various certificates to get it all working again. Every once and a while I have to re-enter passwords for Adium, Mail, WLAN, etc. Selecting the option 'remember in keychain' doesn't seem to work. It just keeps asking for these passwords.

What could be the problem?
Apple Powerbook 17" 1,67 GHz, 2 gig RAM, 100 gig HDD, ATI Mobility Radeon 9700 128MB, Superdrive 8X
