I want to delete my printer drivers, but I forgot where they are (reinstalled OSX)

/Library/Printers

There's also /System/Library/Printers but unless you really know what you're doing, you probably don't want to fool around in there. The items in ~/Library/Printers are just pointers to the printer queues you have set up, but they're not the actual drivers.
