Trying out some keyboard shortcuts ive somehow managed to turn some voice on that reads out everything that I do on the desktop, safari, finder etc.
Its driving me mad

I cant find out how to turn it of, also a black edged box has appeared and is following me everywhere,

Can someone help me sort it out please

System Preferences > Universal Access > Seeing tab > VoiceOver

Command+F5 is the keyboard shortcut to turn VoiceOver on or off.
