I can't access my System keychain to find the password for my Airport network (I'm adding an old laptop to the network). I thought it would be the same as my Administrator password, but it isn't. I also tried the passwords for the other computers that I sync, but those didn't work either. Is there any solution to this? There are only two passwords in the System keychain.

Go to Applications -> Utilities -> Keychain Access

You can attempt to run Keychain First Aid uner Keychain Access menu. If that doesn't help you, then you can search for your system keychain and delete it. Or even delete all of your keychains and simply re-enter them when prompted to do so.

If I delete my keychain, then I will have to re-enter my Airport password which I don't know because it is in my System Keychain. My goal was to do something simpler than changing my wireless password and re-entering it on my various computers.

It's probably easier to change the airport password than trying get into the keychain.
