I am looking for a way that wireless is ONLY activated if the wired connection is not available.

Is there something like this ?

If you mean the wireless card is powered down unless there's no LAN, I don't believe so. You can assign priorities with the Network preference pane, though. Go to Network Port Configurations and drag configurations up and down.

In the Network System Pref Pane make sure built in ethernet item is above the airport item. You'll essentially get this functionality, even though airport will still be on/connected when you're plugged into the wired network.
