I have a flat screen IMAC, operating system OS X 10.2.8. Up until two weeks ago when I visited youtube and streamed a radio station the volume was fine. Now when I visit youtube or stream I can barely hear what is being said.

How do I increase the volume? Increasing volume on the volume bar at youtube, for example, does not work. .

its iMac, btw.

also, have you tried turning up the volume? (volume keys)
there should be a little speaker icon on the menubar at the right, also.

if you are really stupid, and cant do these things, go to system preferences, and click on the sound icon, then find the volume control

The tone of your reply left something to be desired but I must thank you for solving the problem and your quick reply.

Somehow I get the feeling that you don't work in technical support.
