Trying to update Onxy seems to have deleted my documents, iTunes library, saved email messages and web browser settings. The trash can was emptied upon reboot

Any way to recover these files?

Duh!? What a retard I am sometimes. This issue was indeed a problem with the home folder. All is well now.
