Haha, if the CIA were tracking your computer, I very much doubt they'd install something blatantly stating CIA. They would use a code-name, something that you wouldn't detect. Afterall, if they're watching you, they very much don't want you to know that they're watching you, because then you'd stop all illegal activity, and they'd have nothing against you, because they wouldn't be able to catch you in the act.
