I am the admin for my family MacBook and just noticed that the icon for Universal Access in my System Preferences looks like this:



While my family users still have normal icons like this:



I tried to repair permissions and trash my universal access plist file but this icon is unchanged. Not sure what the story is or who or how it was messed up.

Any ideas? Many thanks.
