ive got this big problem, which is that i've been running filevault for a couple months now. i believe that it has copied my harddrive into a sparse disk image. this is eating up something like 28GB. and to turn off filevault ( i believe this is the problem) it requires an enormous amout of free space. or at least it did, until today when i tried again and it asked for 1 kb. but no matter how much i delete, it keeps asking for one kb. i dont know how to get rid of this extra 29gb sparse image, or how to turn off file vault. help would be greatly appreciated.
