The update has screwed my powerbook G4 1GH
Cannot access the system prefs anymore plus spotlite is blinking off and on
Runs fine on my G5 except for a Quirk in Spotlite
It blinks off and on to

That means it's indexing your drive. Changes to Spotlight make it recheck everything.

I know what you mean. I've got 10.3.9 and it just turned of Airport. I have to use a UTP-cable to access the internet, which I don't have here yet, so for internet stuff it's back to XP

I've rebooted six times in the last couple of minutes.......

and then a thought struck me...... Repair Permissions........ running.
