I have a problem folks.

I installed the 10.4.9 update to 10.4.8 and have lost the internal hard drive from the start up list. Thank God for the external backup I made a month ago.

I have my external HD running 10.4.8 and that is a relief, but I cannot access the internal. Not on start up, not in the Finder or anywhere to get to fix the issue.

The Ex has the 10.4 Disk.

How can I access the internal drives files? I can remove the bad files and replace with the 10.4.8 files and get the rest of my stuff back I got together in the last month,

Help please?
Peace.

Have you tried Disk Utility, or any other recovery software, like DiskWarrior, Techtool etc ? If so do they see the disk ?
