Hi all,

I'm attempting to run a g4 400 (agp) machine with 1.25gb ram as a media server. The drive with my music is a 300gb firewire external. When I connect it and try to load the music into the blank itunes library, it goes, then freezes at random points along the way every time. there is no way to recover from these freezes as it seems finder freezes along with it. restarting finder just freezes as well.

the server is running itunes, remote desktop daemon, ssh, and hamachi.
