The trash remains full after i emptyed the trash and when i open the trash, all the files are still there and won't gone until i click them one by one, i don't know how did that happen, maybe because i intalled the Boot camp and Vista too?

my OS is newly reinstalled.

Restart and try to empty the trash when you get back on.

Hi there,
Good advice from Randman - but maybe you should try the following, click on the link below and download something called Force Empty Trash - a very handy little app.
Macmaps.com Software

Perhaps try to click 'secure empty trash' - I know that if I cant emty trash because an app is somehow using the file ( the app has been closed for a while) that this option tends to work.
