System Preferences->Network->The Airport Interface->Airport
Make sure that "By default, join" is "Preferred networks" then make sure yours is on that list.
If that doesn't work, then you might want to zap the entry in the Keychain and let it rebuild itself.

Hi there,
Go to: Applications/Utilities/Keychain Access
Open it up and then click on Keychain Access (top left corner) and scroll down to 'Keychain First Aid,' just under 'Preferences', open it up and follow the on-screen directions.
This should/will repair any abnormal keychain behaviour.
On the other hand open Keychain Access and got to Preferences/General and click on 'Reset My Keychain'. As the dialogue box will tell you: 'Doing this creates a new empty keychain and reverts to factory default settings. Your current keychain will be moved aside, but not deleted.'
This should put to rest any fears you have about removing any keychains!

Is this any help? It's from the Apple Knowledge Base.
Deleting a keychain
If your keychain has become inaccessible for some reason (for example, if you've forgotten the password), you can delete it and manually create a new keychain.
Deleting the keychain removes the keychain from the Keychains list but does not remove the keychain file from your disk. If you remember your password later, you can recover the items stored in the keychain by choosing Edit > Keychain List and adding this file.
Open Keychain Access, located in /Applications/Utilities.
Choose Edit > Keychain List, then select the keychain you want to delete.
Click Delete (-).
