PEOPLE, HELP ME OUT

BY ACCIDENT I DISABLE MY PERMISSION TO ACCES INTO MY EXTERNAL HARD DRIVE, NOW I CANN'T SEE IT IN MY SCREEM, SO IS IMPOSSIBLE TO CLICK ON IT AND GO TO "GET INFO", I READ A SOLUTION THAT HAVE TO FORMATED IT BUT I WILL LOSE MY INFORMATION.

I GET IMAC G4, OSX 10.4.9

ANY ADVICE

Open up Disk Utility (in the Utilities folder in your Applications folder) and see if you can do anything from there.

Looks like your keyboard has a problem with the caps-lock function as well.

I Read It, But I Don't Know How To Do It, I Went To Terminal, Type The Sudo Command And Ask Me For Password, And Then I Couldn't Type Nothin, Can You Help Me Out

Just go ahead and type your password, and hit return (or enter).

For "security" reasons, Terminal will NOT echo your password... or
even any bullets (•••••) or asterisks (*****) to the screen. Nothing.
But it will read whatever you type... so just go ahead.
