Is it possible to disable function keys?

A lot of times I accidentally hit a function key and the windows move, or it launches Konfabulator, or something else.

I want to disable the function keys. How can I do this?

Go top left, to the blue apple, System Preferences, Keyboard & Mouse, Keyboard Shortcuts.
