No. But why would you want to? If you think you have a system problem, do an archive and install and then run the 10.4.9 combo updater. 10.4.9 is just fine.
I was having some problems with iMovie, where in previous Mac OS X 10.4 versions I was able to import movies from my video camera, now I can't. Thanks for the suggestion I will give it a try.
