That's not a complete list - it looks like we can only see half of it.

Unless you're just asking whether "syslogd" is a keylogger, in which case, don't worry, syslogd is just the daemon that writes the system logs (you can type 'man syslogd' in the terminal for more info).

Is there any particular reason you suspect there may be a keylogger on your machine?

Ticking sound coming from a .pkg package? Don't let the .bom go off! Inspect it first with Pacifist. Macworld - five mice!

Not the syslogd thing, that's just where the line was when I printed.

Nothing in that list jumps out at me as being out of the ordinary.

Although I suppose it could be possible to give a program the same name as some other, legitimate, program to avoid detection. If you want, you could run this command line in the Terminal:

ps -auxww > ~/Desktop/ps.txt

which would display the full paths to all the tools, and you'd be able to see if anything that should be in /System is somewhere else. This might just be getting paranoid though.

Why on earth would you suspect you had a keylogger? The only known way to get one on a Mac is if somebody sits down at your system and downloads and installs one.
