I don't know how this happened but the Title Bar for the Character Palette has moved off screen. I had minimized it earler and clicked on the item in the Dock to bring it back when it positioned itself with the Title Bar offscreen where I can't get to it. Thus I can't move it.

Try either resizing the palette or changing the resolution of the screen.

I've already tried all the obvious stuff.

Restarting has fixed it but I sure hated to do it.
