The Escape key does not work anymore. I've tried three different keyboards, nada, zip.
Any ideas?

Have you tried using it in different applications? Try Command-Alt-Escape. Does that bring up a window that allows you to force-quit apps?

Are you sure you are pressing escape and not accidentally pressing the space bar instead?

I have had this happen to me as well, but only in one user account. I never did find out why (my hard drive died so I lost the account before I did any troubleshooting).

Question is, does it only do it in the one account - create a new test account and see what happens?
