Hi,
wondering if any one can tell me why when I go macintosh HD/Users do I find 3 icons

-david (displaying the home icon)
-davidmcgarry (folder icon)
-shared(folder icon)

whenever I have only one user account on my computer.Not a big deal, just curious as to why my home icon says David, and the folder says davidmcgarry. Am sure these arent two seperate accounts as when I go into accounts via system prefs only one account is showing.

I'm guessing you had a David McGarry account at some point, or else you changed the name of your home folder (which I wouldn't advise, just as an aside). It sounds like an old home folder.
