I just hooked up a second monitor to my macbook. It works pretty well, but something strange when I run firefox on the secondary monitor. Whenever I open a context menu (e.g. a right click menu), it shows up on the macbook screen rather than the external monitor. Has anyone experienced this? Is it a Mac OS problem or a Firefox problem (I don't seem to have problems with one or two other applications that I tested, although I haven't experimented with it much)?

That would only make his browsing problems worse.

Anyway, you might try deleting FireFox's cache, found in ~/Library/Caches.
