My network settings keep randomly disappearing causing timeouts when loading pages and crapping out my MSN connection etc. Then when I search for my local network it can't find it until many tries. Then for no special reason it locks on and finds the settings again. Is this a known issue? it happens on my Power mac and my ibook laptop.
I've had this problem in numerous locations so I'm pretty sure it's something within the mac itself. I had the problem at my house and now at my sisters place where I am staying.
Both have airport cards but I even had the problem when I was using the ethernet card on my powermac.
