Hi there

Just yesterday i noticed that everywhere i click a square appears.
and example of this is when I'm on my desktop a square outline appears on the HDs and when using Safari it is around the "back" button (provided in the image below)

How can i get rid of this object

I think your bigger problem is that your speakers are broken.

The square is:

System Preferences->Universal Access->Hearing->Voice Over
