I just made a new user account, but for some reason, the iclip icon in the applications folder, and in the dock, defaults to the "generic" paper and pencil icon. I have repaired permissions, and done a reboot, with no luck. The account is brand new, with no customized icons, Candybar etc...The icon is fine in the other 2 accounts on my machine. Any ideas on how to fix it? Cheers.

The icons used for applications and files associated with them are specified in a file in the Contents/Info.plist file under the application directory (use Terminal to go to the directory or view the file). There should be an entry to point to another file, like iClip.icns. If you have a backup copy of the application, you could try to copy that file to the right place and reboot, otherwise, reinstall the app.

Clear the LaunchServices cache - easiest way to do this is to hold shift down as you log into the account.
