I used to use this, but everything I've used it for has either upgraded to OS X or has an alternative, so I want the extra space. I assume I would just delete the System Folder for OS 9 and delete the Applications for it as well, like always?
Since its another operating system though, not just an application, are there any other files anywhere?

No, that's all there is to it. The system folder itself is only going to be a few hundred MB, so you're not going to get much space back.

You will probably run into one catch though when you delete it. If you get an error that you can't delete the Classic system folder because it belongs to the system, then you need to do this workaround. Open up the Classic system folder and delete all of its contents. Then log out and log back in (or Force Quit the Finder if you choose). Now you can delete the actual Classic system folder.
