For my users their screens lock after 15 minutes of inactivity. I have set OS X to require their passwords. Is there a way for OS X to ask for BOTH the username and password, and further all other machine admins to unlock the screen? I say this as the computer techs here sometimes need to gain access to a machine while the user is away and the screen is locked.

My screensaver unlock shows both a user and a password field; yours doesn't?

I can use any admin user/pass to unlock the screensaver.

I think the issue (well not really an issue) is that the screensaver password prompt has the username already filled in.
You should just be able to enter another admin name in the username field though…
