I have a QS 2001 with multiple accounts. In one account, the appearance of everything is very washed out-- like overexposed film. The account has limits as it is for one of my children. When he enters the account, the "washed-out" settings take over. When we change users or log out and reopen another account, everything looks normal. What should I do? Thanks in advance.

Note: QS 2001 1 GB Ram, Multiple accounts. Running 10.4.10
I had an ATI 8500 and had these problems, but just upgraded to an ATI 9800. Problems persist.
