Hi--Please help me. I am running os x 10.2.8 on an iMac with a G4 processor. Trying to use Intego Personal Backup x4 to clone Mac hard drive (especially iPhoto contents) to a new external hard drive. My icons are frozen (unable to drag), several folder icons are missing (though clicking on title will open them), and copy and paste does not work. I have 36 GB available on Mac HD. How can I fix the drag problem and restore missing icons without losing my iPhoto Library? Will re-installing the original Mac software wipe the contents?
