So I just got my web site up and was wondering on easy steps how to get my message board up. I have a option with 1 and 1 to do sql which I set up. I downloaded phpbb.com/ stuff any thing else?
When you FTP the installation files, you have to remember to be very careful about setting permissions for them after they're up, according to the installation documentation. Otherwise, you'll get random errors.
