I send 'jpgs to Germany (.de) - via e-mail sites (myway.com or gmail.com) and he gets the jpgs in the '.eml' format.

Question(s): What is .eml and how do I get the jpgs there in the correct .jpg format?

SO, is it because HE is using Outlook Express Electronic Mail?

IF he changed (mail) browsers - you think it'd solve the problem???

It's possible, though I don't have the answer unfortunately since I've never come across this issue.
