Hi, guys! I can't wait for UPS or FedEx to drive up to my house Friday. I've been reading everything about Leopard I can get my hands on. One question I cannot seem to get answered is this... Can Time Machine backup two drives? On my Mac Pro, I have my system on a 250GB drive and all my data on a 750GB drive. If I have a 1TB drive, can I set Time Machine to backup the system drive and the data drive? I'm guessing the answer is, "No," but I have to ask. Sorry if this is a stupid question, and thanks for any light shedding!

That's something I've been wondering too... My MB HD contains very little of my data, only my documents. I can't fit one of my music, movies, or picture on the internal, so they are all on the external.
I don't mind doing a normal, incremental backup to another external of ALL the data, but if TM could backup ALL my data, that'd rock.
BUT... knowing apple.. I'd be surprised if it couldn't. Then again, that doesn't necessarily mean anything.

Similar situation here. I have my documents, music, and photos on my MacBook’s HD, with backups on my external HD. I also have videos though that can’t fit on my MacBook’s HD, so my external HD serves as the primary source for the videos; then, I back up those videos onto an old iPod. Thus, I have everything backed up once, but amongst three drives, which I’m afraid will be too complicated for Time Machine.

I will add myself to the list of those wondering... My iphoto library and movies are on a firewire HD. I use Superduper to back up both my media drive and imac internal to a 500Gb Lacie drive. I may end up sticking with Superduper if TM is not as easy...

Yes. Time Machine backs up all your drives save for the one you are backing up to.
