Has anybody tried to run Virtual PC within Leopard? If so, does it work?

according to this thread:

Apple - Support - Discussions - MS Virtual PC and Leopard ...

it does work, I'd like to hear more feedback from people though, if things worked and were cross compatible with the other applications in OS X.

Quite excellent. It actually feels faster under Leopard. I primarily use it to run a specific remote access client and where it has always felt a little sluggish scrolling through the menus, it now feels noticeably quicker. Not a LOT quicker, of course, but a nice surprise.
