Hello all,
I was curious if anyone was familiar with the difference betwen 10.5 for clients and 10.5 Server. We have an extra license of 10.5 Server here that we just received, and I was considering installing it on my laptop for demo purposes, but I still wanted to be able to use it as a personal computer.
I had done this previously with 10.3 Server without a problem. Though I hadn't tried this myself, I had read previously that 10.4 Server was just 10.4 client without the extra server packages and had even read that you could upgrade to 10.4 Server by just installing those packages.
Is this the same with 10.5? Is it the same OS with extra server software? I want to be certain all my applications will still run fine.
