Disable CD Drive, speakers, audio jack??

A teacher in my school wants to shut off access to the CD/DVD drive, audio jack, and internal speakers on his intel iMacs running Tiger. Anyone know of a program to do this? They are on a limited account (parental controlled) now but he wants to disable these items.
