I am looking to upgrade to 10.5 and I use an external DVD burner with my mac. As such I want to make certain my DVD burning capabilities are preserved in Leopard. At the
patchburn website this was posted today:
"There will be NO version for Leopard (10.5) so far. Apple changed its strategy to exclude 3rd party burners. As far as I could test it, there is no need for Patchburn under Mac-OS X 10.5 any more!"
Can anyone confirm that this is the case? If so this is a great little feature of Leopard that I haven't read about anywhere. Has Apple has seen the light and accepted that external burners do exist? Now if they could only do the same for the iPhone and Touch 3rd party apps!
