Is there any system command to determine the per-processor or the per-core CPU load on a multi-processor or multi-core system? "Top" doesn't show that. The only thing that I found is MenuMeters, but I need system utility or command.

Activity Monitor.

I don't like the OS X top. At work I often use Scientific Linux 3 and 4. The top there shows you the load on all cores (even hyper-threaded cores) separately. Anybody know if there's a top replacement for the Mac? Fink didn't have one.

Thanks, I only looked at the main window initially and didn't see the separate windows for CPU info.
