First: There is no serial for OS X (s), excluding the Server version.
Secondly: If you download the correct version (9A581), and install it correctly, it WILL work.
Third, it's illegal, you're stealing, and if you want Leopard, here's the link Here you are.

Technically, you do need an activation code for the Home and Pro versions.
You need a serial key for the Business and Ultimate versions.
Make sure you know which version you are getting.
