Importing avi files in iTunes?

Does anybody knows a program or script to import.avi [divx, xvid,...] & .wmv files in my iTunes library?

I use windows Xp SP-2 and the latest version of iTunes..

I use iSquint. COnverts just about every avi shell and you can encode to H264 or whatever...

Yeah, but i have about 500GB of avi video files & converting them all would take way to long.. Just importing them would be way easier...

I don't know about XP but on Macs you can use QuickTime Player to Save As a reference movie (instead of 'self-contained') and the resultant .mov wrapper file will usually import (without conversion).
