I have looked around, but can't find this in the forums.

For some reason, iphoto has decided to be mean. It is iphoto 6.
When I open it, it says it cant find a file (one of my movies) and it asks if I want to look for it or cancel. Regardless of what I click, I get the little spinning, colored, pinwheel/ball thing and have to force quit it.

So I figured, I'll just delete iphoto and reinstall it.
I did that, but when I opened it up again it had the same library and problem. I figure that there are some application preferences or something hidden away on the computer. The problem is that I cant find them. I do a spotlight search for "iphoto" and nothing of that sort appears.
What is it that I should be looking for? And where? And... if I delete it, will it fix my problem? All I ask for is a clean slate, there must be some way to get it.

thank you, my little mac geniuses you
