Well a while ago I was trying to repair permissions on my Leopard 10.5.1 install and it can't do it.
It says that the permissions won't be repaired. Booting from the leopard disk and then repairing permissions also turned no results.
I think that most of the services are quite important and it won't let me install windows either.

Looks like it's running Repair Permissions to me. If it wasn't you wouldn't have gotten those messages. Further, those messages are informational messages. There is nothing wrong. Also, as I mentioned in the other thread, you need to run Disk Repair in First Aid, not Repair Permissions to try to solve your Boot Camp problem.

if you download the full updater (100+ MB, not the smaller 38MB Software Update version) and run this one, it should eliminate those error messages (all except ADP, if you're getting it).
