Whoever has this combination, sigh... when using timemachine, the part in between the cancel and restore is completely white so you have no idea what current date/time your current window is. And upon launching and closing timemachineyou get this big horrible white screen. I tried changing the resolution down to anything under 2560x1600 and all works great, everything displays properly, including the transparent menubar, but at the native resolution (2560x1600) I get an opaque menubar and timemachine looks horrible. Sigh!!!! Anyone else have this problem? I have the ATI 9650 card... please apple fix this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It could well be that your graphics card is having a hard time coping with everything at that resolution.
