I remember watching one of the keynotes for a preview of leopard (might have been the first look) and Steve Jobs was showing off core animation. The example he used was the iTunes art covers arranging themselves into cities, breaking themselves down, and then rebuilding. I haven't seen it in leopard though, does it exist?

I had wondered about that, too. It was impressive in the demo... but I wonder if it required such a high-end Mac that it wasn't practical to distribute it.
