I lost all my languages except for english. how do I get them back? But really I need only the cyrillic language pack.

Can anyone help?

The program Macaroni has a function that removes unwanted languages, similar to MonoLingual.
If you go to the Macaroni site, there's an FAQ which says how to reinstall languages.
