I just started noticing some weird actions in OS 10.5.1. In the dock the applications that are running do not have the "light" under them. Some do not show up in the dock when I run them. Then when I quit them if they do show in the dock they stay there until I click on the dock icon and then they vanish (they claim to not be responding before they vanish). Does anyone know what is going on?

I have a Mac Mini 1.5 Core Solo, 2gb ram.

Try reapplying the 10.5.1 updater from here

Or just delete your dock preferences and start over, first.
